THE TEAM

Earth Movers NW has a dedicated, efficient, safety oriented workforce which takes pride in consistently completing projects, large or small, on time and within budget.

We are characterized by our people and who we surround ourselves with-honest, hardworking, professional and energetic.

Gary “The Boss” Harris - Able to run any equipment, read any print or else call someone who can! This guy is the motivation behind the company. When he says jump, we say how high. He thinks on his feet and is able to find a solution to almost any problem. Give him a focus and he goes after it 110%.

Tony Ostrander - He’s got the ‘O’ gene - Organized that is! Tony is our field supervisor and he’s good at what he does, whether it’s operating equipment, thinking on his feet, leading safety meetings or scheduling subcontractors.

Phil Steele - This guy can dig till the cows come home. He’s our mainline digger.
Phil’s longevity in the construction industry also includes the attitude of "there is not much I have not seen or issues I have not been able to work through."

Don Steele - Here’s our commercial contact guy. He knows his stuff and knows lots of people in this industry. A valuable asset as a superintendent. The right kind of experience, that is what Don brings to Earth Movers NW.

Dave Palmer - Dave is a mainline digger, and all around great ‘get the job done’ type of guy. Dig, dig, dig.

Marlin Olson - A very experienced pipe layer who is always cheerful with a can do attitude.

Eric Curnett -  The superintendent says “I wish I had more laborers like Eric. He’s a great worker”.

Todd Schreder - Truck driver extraordinare!  Always ready with a joke and a smile.

Dan Peterson -  Heavy Equipment operator and all around great guy. He moves the iron to make it do what we need it to.

Tierra Harris - Manages the office and keeps the show on the road.
