KHP was commissioned to provide a comprehensive design package that would encompass all aspects of business communication. Hazel Creek had a basic website and brochure but needed a more professional solution that would both promote the business at the same time as inform and interact with parents.
A video produced for both on-line viewing and DVD delivery was the core of the project with the newly redesigned website providing both delivery platform and material support.
E-mail list signup, interactive real-time message board and document downloads were incorporated into the design alongside the video and photo galleries.
The website graphics were incorporated into the print package to create a unified look to all the business communications.

The Sneller Group is a Bainbridge Island based Luxury Home developer that commissioned KHP to build a website and e-mail marketing campaign around the 3 multi million dollar properties they have for sale. A virtual tour video shot in High Definition was produced for one of the homes for sale as well as a video showcasing the wonder and beauty that is life on Bainbridge Island.
Interactive HTML e-mail flyers were sent out to an exclusive list of Realtors in Washington, Oregon and California that linked to the Videos, PDF Brochures, Photo galleries along with links to pre-designed E-mail messages for realtors to then use to inform their clients of the available properties.

The Center was designed from the ground up to be a valuable resource for Western Washington Builders and Platt developers that would act as a bridge between the builder and prospective purchasers where plans and models would be on display of new developments and agents on hand to negotiate sales and customize homes as they were being developed.
The short video was encoded in both Windows and Mac friendly formats and delivered on custom designed USB drives printed with the CBM logo and sent to builders and clients. The USB drives provided an increased user life over the more traditional DVD handouts and were valued as a practical tool by recipients long after the initial message had done its job.

Shot in High Definition on location in Pushkar, Northern India the video was edited back in the USA with extensive color grading and film treatment and currently can be seen playing across India.

Lindblad Expeditions, New York, needed a short video that highlighted the strengths of the company in competition to other expedition based travel companies for use at an Expo for travel consultants in Chicago. The video was to be used in a series of 10 minute presentations that would be made one after the other on a one to one basis by the Head of Marketing to participating travel agents. The video needed to be able to play all day, start instantaneously and playback flawlessly. A laptop was used as delivery system.
As part of a new marketing promotion 250,000 DVDs containing Hosted segments on Antarctica and the Galapagos Islands were mailed to the Lindblad in-house mailing list resulting in increased exposure for these expeditions.

KHP was given just 6 days to design a complete business package in time for the annual Home and Garden Show on Bainbridge Island. Starting with the Logo design and Banner graphics we then moved on to the 1/3 Page flyer and Business card design. When we had the graphic look achieved we then took 22 of the clients photos in print and digital still format and enhanced these in Photoshop for output as large mounted display images for the Expo booth. Using these same images we created a DVD based Audio Visual presentation complete with graphic overlays and gentle music bed for in booth display.
Combining all these elements we were able to then start work on the website and create a fully functioning site complete with flash based presentation ready in time for the renaming and launch of the clients business at the expo.

The final image is everything for Mike so when he decided to design his website he handed the compression of all his demo clips to KHP and also had us code his site from his design so that the content rich site displayed his work in the best possible light.

NW Care Management wished to show prospective clients the many benefits of staying at their Liberty Shores assisted living community. Regulations prohibited seeing any of the residents in the video and it was decided that no staff would be shown either. These restrictions certainly defined and limited the scope of the project. By adding stock footage of Poulsbo and its surrounds along with shots of the facility we were able to bring color and life into the piece. The addition of carefully chosen music and narrator allowed us to produce a targeted caring and informative message.
