A custom built site www.PropertyPicturesOnline.com is dedicated to the display and marketing of properties for both agents and private parties that might not have the ability to host video or full size photo galleries by themselves.
Utilizing the latest digital software and Camera formats each property is photographed using super wide angle lenses and captured in RAW format with multiple exposures of a single scene and processed for HDR (High Dynamic Range) imagery. This creates evenly exposed photographs that are balanced for both interior and exterior exposure.
To capture the wide vistas that more accurately reflect what the human eye sees we employ a method of shooting overlapping images that are stitched and blended together to form Panoramic style images where warranted.
All images are processed with Adobe Photoshop to correct any image distortion introduced by shooting with the wide angle lens with further color correction and contrast adjustments to refine each image.
Flyers are created as both print and “e” brochures. The “e” brochure is perfect for emailing to prospective clients as it contains interactive links to take the viewer directly to the properties web page at PropertyPicturesOnline.com where there are links to view a video of the local area, the full screen Photo Gallery and MLS information.
High resolution images, Low Resolution “MLS Ready” images and Print ready flyer and “e” brochure are all delivered on CD either the same day or within a 24 hour turn around period.
Individual shingles for onsite direction to property web page round out the comprehensive package of services that ensures our clients are able to offer their clients the service that reflects their dedication to selling their property quickly.
